An old-school tabletop gamer and lifelong pixel slayer, his love of immersive worlds and complex systems shows up in both his stories and the universes he builds.

He first set out to become a writer as a teenager. It just took a few decades to get around to it.

When he’s not writing or working in tech, he’s usually on a tennis court, trying to stay one step ahead of time.
